Robert "Bob" A. Vitolo

Robert A. Vitolo died on Tuesday, March 2, 2021 at his home in Peekskill, NY.  Bob was born on 7/3/1935 to Albert and Monica (Lynch) Vitolo of Peekskill..  Bob was a graduate of the Assumption School and later Peekskill High School.  He is a veteran of the US Navy.  After his military service Bob worked at The Evening Star for 26 years.  He then moved on to IBM for the next 11 years and most recently retired from New York-Presbyterian Hudson Valley Hospital.  Bob is survived by his loving wife of 57 years, Patricia; his children, Suzanne, Robert, Michaell, Steven; his grandchildren, Cheryl, Kori, Amanda, Victoria, Sierra, Ty; and his precious great granddaughter, Luna-Mae Galindez.  Bob was predeceased by his brother Albert "Buddy" Vitolo.  
In younger days Bob enjoyed night snowmobiling with friends through Blue Mountain and up to Spitzenberg Mountain.  Family vacations in LBI were a hi-light of his summers for more than 25 years.  In his retirement Bob relished swimming/floating in his pool, listening to 50's music and drinking an ice cold beer.
