Joe Rinzivillo died at his home on May 29, 2023 at the age of 71 years old. Joe worked for Optimum before retiring in 2017. He was an avid NY Yankees, NY Giants fan and loved playing and coaching softball. He loved spending time with his family and being a great husband, dad and grandfather. Joe had the most kind and gentle soul, all he ever wished to do was make people laugh. He was generous and gave the best advice and life lessons. We will continue to live for him and make him proud. Joe is survived by his wife Lois Paulson-Rinzivillo, his daughters Kristin (Jimmy) Papeika, Kerry Rinzivillo (Tommy Hauck), Becca Rinzivillo (Shane Fisher). He is also survived by his sister Tracy Rinzivillo-Clarke and 3 granddaughters, Hadley, Blayne and Ainsley Papeika, “We love you Papa Joe.” He is predeceased by his brother Terry Rinzivillo.

Reposing Friday, June 2, 2023 from 2:00-4:00 & 7:00-9:00 PM at the O’Mara & Carpentieri Funeral Home. A mass of Christian burial will be celebrated 12:30 PM on Saturday June 3, 2023 at St. Patrick’s Church. Interment will follow at St. Patrick’s Cemetery in Verplanck,NY.
