Obituary
Jose “Joseph” Alexander Vicente Jr. of Wappinger Falls and formally of Verplanck, NY died on February 17, 2023. He was 75 years old. Jose was born on November 6, 1947 in Puerto Rico to Jose Sr. and Andrea (Matos) Vicente. He was a US Army veteran serving during Vietnam from 1967-1969. Jose worked and retired as a steam fitter for Local #543(now Local #21). Jose is survived by his children, Andrea (Wayne) Vicente Scott and Joseph Alexander (Regina)Vicente II, grandchildren, Bianca Rose Scott, Ashton Joseph Vicente and Landon John Ryder Vicente, siblings, William Vicente, Maggie Vincente, Andrea Vicente Andujar,Alex Vicente, Bobby Ramos and Dan Ramos and several nieces, nephews, and cousins. Jose was predeceased by his wife Trudy in 2013 and his siblings, Herbert(Eddie)Vicente and Sally Vicente. Reposing on Saturday, February 25, 2023 from 12:00-2:00 PM and 5:00-7:00 PM at the O’Mara & Carpentieri Funeral Home. A private cremation will follow.
