Joan Hintze

Joan Hintze 88, of Cortlandt Manor, NY, passed away peacefully on Dec. 23, 2022. Joan is survived by her loving daughter Betsey Hintze DiGregorio and son in law David DiGregorio, Darcy Pabon and her son Nilo, Lisa Hintze, as well as her grandchildren Carl Schwer, Adam Schwer, Phil Schwer, Marisa DiGregorio, Nicholas DiGregorio, Joseph DiGregorio and her many great grandchildren Audrey, Rebecca, Angela, Charlie, Sabrina, Philip, John, Hudson, Vanessa and Emmalyn. Joan is also survived by her brother Pete Reggio. Joan “MEMA” as she was known to all that loved her had an infectious love for animals. We will miss you at our house for Sunday dinners. A memorial visitation will be held on Jan. 5, 2022 at the O’Mara & Carpentieri Funeral Home from 3-5 PM. In lieu of flowers donations in Joan’s name to Humane Society of Westchester at 70 Portman Place, New Rochelle, NY 10801 would be appreciated.
