Frank Robert Bottos Jr.

Frank Robert Bottos Jr., of Verplanck, NY died on May 29, 2023. Frank was born in Peekskill on May 15, 1958 to Frank Sr. and Virginia (Ackley) Bottos. Frank was retired from the Town of Cortlandt Sanitation Department. Frank loved the Hudson River. He enjoyed spending time with his family and friends in “The Shop”, fishing , crabbing and gardening. Frank was well known for his business, Quality Deer Butcher’s. Frank will be remembered for his dedication and loyalty to his friends and family. He was a simple man, always smiling and making everyone around him laugh. He was a strong , courageous and extremely generous to others. He always made the best out of everything he was dealt with in life and he will be missed dearly. Frank is survived by his wife Maureen, his children, Danielle (Eddie) and Frank, his siblings, Dennis (Linda), Glenn (Denise), Randy, Joyce Bella, Susan Craig, and Jolinne Conklin, several extended family members including his dogs, Bently, Bailey, Bear and his cat Crunch. A Memorial gathering will be held on Friday, June 9, 2023 from 2:00-4:00 PM at the O’Mara & Carpentieri Funeral Home.
