Clara B. Oswald

Clara Oswald of Cold Spring,NY died on February 11, 2022.  Clara was born August 23, 1931 in Peekskill, NY to Theodore and Louise (Queen) Oswald. Clara was a cook at the Montrose VA Hospital. Clara enjoyed traveling, spending time with her family and friends and her biggest passion was her garden. Clara was not only a mother but a best friend to her children. She had a generous heart and a contagious smile. Clara will be deeply missed by her children, Naomi (Mary) Garbo, Patricia Sampson, Carlene Schoenberger, Laurie Taylor, Carleton LyFord and Timothy LyFord, brother, Ted Oswald, sisters, Louise Gibbs (deceased) Mary Delany, Barbara Pecora. A Memorial Visitation will be held on Saturday, February 26, 2022 from 3-5 PM at the O’Mara & Carpentieri Funeral Home.
