Bonita Allmacher White

Bonita Allmacher White of Croton -on-Hudson,NY  died on July 10, 2021. She was 76 years old. Bonnie was born on July 4, 1945 in Astoria, Queens to Gustave and Lillian Allmacher. She was raised in Croton and graduated from Croton Harmon High School in 1964. Bonnie was a case worker for Westchester County Department of Social Service where she retired after 30 years of service. Following her retirement, she enjoyed helping to care for her granddaughter Samantha “Momma’s Girl”. Above all, Bonnie enjoyed each moment with her family and loved spending time with them. Bonnie will by deeply missed by her son, Harry Ward, daughter, Laura (John) Queen, grandchildren, Samantha Queen, Heather (Bill) Coogan and Chelsea Queen, great grandson, Mason Coogan, brother, Gus “Sonny” (Janzie) Allmacher, sister, Pam Austin, many nieces and nephews and her dog Damon, who has been by her side for 11 years. Bonnie was predeceased by her husbands, Harry Ward and Leslie White, her brother, David Allmacher and her sister, Marie Wells. Visitation will be held on Friday, July 16, 2021 from 2:00 to 6:00 PM at the O’Mara & Carpentieri Funeral Home. A private cremation will follow.
